Looking for recommendations for a Caribbean All inclusive next month!

We're looking to do our honeymoon at an all inclusive anytime after Thanksgiving, preferably closer than later. We haven't been to an all inclusive before so we have no idea how long we'd actually like to be at one so we're guessing 7 nights? We have like 10k left in our budget for it so we can go pretty much anywhere (we're not actively trying to spend all 10k though or anything). We're late 20s, early 30s.

We live nearby JFK, Newark and Philly so any of those airports work. We think we want the Caribbean but we don't really have any idea where! We were really hoping some people here had some recommendations. Here's what we're looking for:

• We're hoping to just stay entirely on the resort
• A decent amount of activities. I'm not really sure what there is to do at most all inclusives but we've had a blast on cruises before. Things like broadway type shows, trivia nights, game shows, pool volleyball etc.
• Preferably no kids
• Not in Mexico
• No preference on size of the resort.
• Good restaurants are important

Any suggestions? I guess really the main thing we're looking for someplace that has fun stuff to do and also has good food. I've tried searching best resorts in the Caribbean but every site I check has totally different lists. Right now our backup is one of the Sandals resorts in Jamaica but honestly that's basically just picking randomly.
