Looking for recommendations from Seattle in mid August.

Southern Spain was a thought, but tickets are kinda expensive and we’re worried it might be too hot.

I wanna do Kuai, but my partner would prefer Mexico. I would want to do something closer to a beach but they want to a town just north of Mexico City.

They’re against Hawaii because it’s “boring and not international”. Which I kinda understand. I don’t wanna do a land locked city in Mexico because even if I’m not gonna be on the beach the whole time I want to be near water.

Any suggestions?

We’re looking for something omething romantic and sexy, but not like zero-substance either.
