Looking for TA assistance with finding European Cruise

My fiancé and I are looking into European cruises this August 2023 for a honeymoon option and have no idea where to start. Our idea was to fly from Los Angeles to Europe and stay in one of the port cities for a few day prior to the cruise, then hoping on a 7-10 day cruise with either a 100-300 person ship or a 3000+ person ship to tour multiple European ports. However there are so many options to consider like which regions to tour (Italy, Greece, Spain…), what size of ship, what quality or ship, and where to end up. If anyone has guidance regarding these vacations I would very much appreciate it.
