Luxury/beautiful beach/good atmosphere/great food

I may be looking for a unicorn but we want to go on a beach holiday we’re luxury meets beach and good atmosphere. We’ve been to punta cana several times and although the Dominican people are lovely and very fun, in our experience, all of the all inclusive we’ve visited have had just OK food. It’s hit or miss. Cancun area gets a lot of seaweed, depending the time of the year.
