Luxury honeymoon in Italy (or other suggestions welcome)

We are looking for a luxurious honeymoon in early September (flying from northeast USA). We were thinking Italy (but not Florence or Rome). We would like to stay at a place that we are taken care of (so no Airbnb) and have time to relax. We want to enjoy good food, wine, history, and beautiful views.

Places we've been (so trying to avoid for Honeymoon):

-Greece

-Thailand

-Hawaii

-Italy (Florence+Rome)

Do you have any recommendations? Ideally we'd spend under $5,000 but we have wiggle room. We are used to traveling and staying in Airbnbs and saving money. For our honeymoon we want to live it up for a bit 🙂
