Luxury Travel Agents?

In the midst of honeymoon planning and I really want to use an agency to make our lives easier. We’re planning to go to Italy (likely Amalfi Coast).

We’d like luxury in terms of accommodations (open to $500-$800 USD/night) and would like assistance in any intra-country travel. The thought of researching hotels and travel is exhausting at this point lol. But a lot of the luxury agencies seem to focus on tons of private tours, which we don’t really need. Maybe a couple is okay, but not multiple a day.

If you used an agency, who did you use and what was your experience like? Did you feel pressured to take a lot of private tours? We’ve looked at Elsewhere and Scott Dunn so far but are open to suggestions. Thanks all!
