Midwest Mini-moon?

My fiancé and I had booked our honeymoon in Mexico for July of this year. We’re looking at most likely postponing to either thanksgiving or early December but still want to have a memorable weekend after our wedding! We’re both foodies and love finding new adventures. We’d like to keep the trip relatively affordable as we’re still planning on going on our original honeymoon at a later date. We’re from southwest Missouri and don’t mind the thought of driving to our mini-moon destination!
