Mini-moon re-planning help

So our wedding date is 9/18/21 (cutting is close, I know) and my fiance and I are from the Midwest (St Louis area) we want to take a mini moon for 3-4 days in the week following our wedding. We originally planned to go to New Orleans, but Ida has us re-planning that.

We're more adventurous types, love theme parks, and are huge history nerds also. We'd love a place with a lot to do.

Considered seeing how much a couple days at Disney would be so we could see the new Star Wars park and hop over to Universal for a day to see Harry Potter world, but I'm open to ideas. Thanks everyone!
