Narrowing down honeymoon destination

My fiance and I will be going on our honeymoon in mid September and we can’t narrow down where to go. Our options are Greece, Croatia, Amalfi Coast, or Sardinia.

We’re looking for a laid-back area with gorgeous beaches, good food, and cute towns to explore. We’re in our 30s so we’re not big party/nightlife people anymore (love a good wine bar though) and want to avoid areas that are massively touristy. If we did Greece we would skip Santorini and Mykonos and go to Paros or Milos instead. We love relaxing beaches but definitely don’t want to lay out all day. So we would want other things to do/see.

We only have a week due to limited PTO but want to maximize our time by not having to change destinations too often.

Any insight would be great!!!
