Need advice for my honeymoon in about a week!

Hey everyone! My wife and I were initially planning our honeymoon in Jordan from June 28-July 11th, but with the region on the verge of nuclear war it's looking like we'll have to pivot asap 🙁

I have about 130,000 chase points available and ideally would like to spend no more than $5,000, but definitely willing to if we think something looks cool enough. We were planning on flying out of Orlando, but can also fly out of Atlanta or Tampa if there are better options. Open to anything really, but somewhere with nice beaches/hikes/nature vibes would be great. The wife prefers something that doesn't feel too touristy, but it isn't a deal breaker. We're muslim so bonus points if the destination is halal food friendly!
