Need Help Choosing a Destination

My Fiancé and I are getting married in May but are planning a honeymoon for next July since he is a teacher and has summers off. We want somewhere warm and relaxing. I like the idea of all inclusive as we both plan to sip drinks all day and try yummy food. So far we have thought about:

Aruba, Jamaica, Punta Cana

Any suggestions on specific places? Budget will be around 4-5k for a week stay including air if possible. I’d also like to be able to go on some excursions.
