Need help planning a March 2023 honeymoon to see the Northern Lights in Europe

My wife and I got married at the end of 2022 and planning a 1 week honeymoon somewhere in a cold climate instead of the typical warm beach destinations. The only week we can travel is March 11-19, 2023.

We are both adventurous and love outdoors activities and fun experiences more than we love fine dining and staying indoors. Definitely want to stay in a glass globe and watch the Northern Lights!

What countries should I be looking at? Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Scotland, others?
