Need Help! Purely lost

This is my first time posting on reddit but I truly need advice by other people going through this process. I am starting to shop around for honeymoon destinations for July of 2025 but not sure how or where to look. I have been told by many people who have already gone on a honeymoon to make sure to get a Honeymoon resort & room (overwater bungalow/villa) and to be prepared to spend decent money on activities while at the resort. I am looking for recommendations on resorts that are in Maldives, Seychelles, Bora Bora, etc with the below requirements while not spending crazy money like 20-25k

-This is where I need help. Since this would be for July, I am truly worried about the monsoons and rain season. Is this something I should be worried about or should we wait to go there in the November – April season?

-I want a resort that offers everything. Luxury, views, variety of activities, and good food options. I want to be able to purchases a Full Board meal plan service and be able to do many activities while there and not just sit in the villa or play tennis.

-Lastly my fiancé would need a visa so somewhere that is visa friendly is preferred.
