Need help with ideas.

I’m from a small town in Mississippi, and me and my fiancé are getting married November 9th and have no idea what to do for a honeymoon. We hate driving because my vision is really bad and she lacks a lot of driving experience. We really wanna go out of state but don’t wanna drive there and plane tickets are outrageous compared to my little Mississippi cost of living. Any solutions? Preferably not very expensive.
