Need location recommendations for two people with different travel styles please

My fiance and I have very different travel styles and are having the hardest time deciding where to honeymoon! We likely will take two weeks and our budget is about $7-$8k. We aren’t opposed to going to two different locations but it’s not our preference. We would prefer to go outside of the US.

My vacation style: Warm weather and a beach, relaxing with the option for adventure/hiking some of the time. Love good cuisine and learning about the culture. My favorite trip to date was Kauai.

My fiancé’s vacation style: “Cooler weather” (just nothing too hot), lots of nature and hiking to be seen, lots of food options that are allergen friendly (dairy free, doesn’t want to go to Italy), lots of rich culture to learn about. His favorite vacation to date was Iceland.

Does anyone have any recommendations that meet both of these criteria? Even if we had to split the trip between two locations that are close to each other to try to cater to both of us, that’s definitely an option.
