Need opinions and help on Cancun!

I have never left the United States. I want to plan an awesome beach vacation for our honeymoon. But I have a few questions… 1. Looking at the second week of November.. I know hurricane season is through November.. but is it usually fair weather? Are chances down far enough not to worry? Because it’s almost end of season? 2. Airbnb vs All inclusive? One is obviously cheaper than the other. I guess my question is more related to cooking at airbnb or going out for every meal. Is it expensive? Worth it? Also the safety of either? 3. Had anyone scheduled adventures or excursions? 4. Fiancé is worried about safety. How would you rate Cancun for safety? Areas to avoid? Activities to avoid?
