Non all inclusive Caribbean option for October ‘23 ~$10k budget

Title mostly covers it. Looking for a place directly on a beach. Would be great if it had activities, but doesn’t necessarily need a bunch of “local” things as the plan is mostly hanging on the beach. Strong preference for non all inclusive, but looking for a place with a strong set of food option varieties.
