October beach honeymoon and avoiding rainy season

Hi! My fiancé and I are trying to plan our October 2023 honeymoon. I thought it would be relatively easy but I’m struggling to find a place that has the vibe we are going for that is not crazy expensive! Here is what we are looking for: 1) $10k budget including flights (flying from Atlanta) for a 7 night stay. If it’s a Hyatt or Marriott property I do have some points that can contribute to the cost. 2) A hotel or resort on the beach with pools and great food options 3) Somewhere close enough to fly under 5-6 hours, so preferably Carribean, Mexico, etc. My problem on this front is I keep seeing everywhere is in rainy season in early October! I had found what looked like a great option in Costa Rica (secrets papagayo) and then I saw October was their rainiest month :/ 4) Vibe – we really want something that has a relaxing, up scale vibe. Doesn’t need to be adults only but I wouldn’t want a place focused on families. I also would prefer a resort style hotel that’s not just a high rise on the beach with no charm (if that makes sense!)

Everything I’ve found that seems to fit the bill is way out of our price range ($1200+ a night). Would really love everyone’s suggestions. Thank you in advance!
