October honeymoon, please help!

I’m getting married the last weekend of Sept 2024, so given that we want a day or two after the wedding to be able to spend time with family we won’t be leaving until the first few days of October. We wanted to go to the Philippines but we read that the weather is horrible at that time, even were told by some friends of ours that the weather isn’t good that month. Is there anywhere that’s nice, beachy, tropical that has good weather that anyone knows of and also doesn’t completely break the bank? Many thanks
