October Honeymoon

We are getting married in April. For us work wise and schedule wise it looks like October is our best time to go on our honeymoon.

We really have no idea what to do yet. My fiancé loves to disc golf. I like to drink and hang out by the pool. I want a place where we can do some shopping, eat some good food, have some downtime together. We also enjoy live music and nightlife.

I’m thinking we are going to stay inside the US but outside options aren’t being ruled out either.

We are on a pretty tight budget. I would say about $2,000 total. We could drive if needed. We live in Springfield, Illinois. We could also fly.
