Oddly Specific: Sunscreen Advice Needed

My fiancé and I are headed to Jamaica for our honeymoon in just under a month! It’s been a longgggg time since I’ve been to the beach, and I am SO excited! However, I am somewhat concerned about my sunscreen situation, since I have very, very fair skin. I mostly stay inside (I work in an office and my hobbies are cooking and reading), but I do wear SPF 50 on my face daily, and I’ve typically used SPF 100 on my body if I know I’ll be spending more than 10 minutes or so in the sun because I live at a high altitude and am fairly sun-sensitive.

This is probably a sin, but I wouldn’t mind coming back from our trip with a bit of a… warm glow – but I’m terrified that if I try, I’m going to end up looking like a lobster, covered in blisters and in pain for most of my trip even if I reapply my sunscreen on schedule. Does anyone have any recommendations for the level of SPF I should plan to pack for our trip? Any and all advice and anecdotes are welcome!
