Opinions/Advice for a 2 week honeymoon in Germany and Switzerland?

My wife and I are planning a trip to Germany and Switzerland during Oktoberfest for our Honeymoon. We have a basic itinerary and haven't booked anything major yet. Just wanted to get some opinions before booking. I'm including each home-base that we're staying in and the basic activities we're planning.

Arriving early Sept 21

Leaving Oct 4 2025

Fly into Berlin

Berlin – 3 Nights (Sept 21-24

• Mostly museums, bars, and historic tours but open to specific ideas

Either rent a car or take a train to Bacharach

Bacharach – 2 Nights (Sept 24-26)

• KD River Tour from Bingen to St Goarshausen

Drive or train to Munich

Munich – 4 Nights (Sept 26-30)

• Oktoberfest
• Not sure how much time we should set aside for Oktoberfest and other activities

Train to Grindelwald Switzerland

Grindelwald – 4 Nights (Sept 30 – Oct 4)

• Explore Grindelwald
• Lauterbrunnen / Murren / Gimmelwald / Stechelberg / Wengen (Seeing as much of these places in one or two days as possible)
• Interlaken / Brienz / Wilderswil / Shynige Platte (As much as time allows for one day)
