Overwhelmed with options (Caribbean)

Hi everyone, my wife and I have begun trying to plan our honeymoon and are honestly overwhelmed at the options. We’ve narrowed it down in a few ways, but it still feels like there’s endless hotels and islands. I would appreciate any help!

-$10k max w/ flight and hotel. Ideally an sat-sat trip, but open to shorter. Flying from the Boston area. – do not want AI -related to above, some good local food options or fun bars would be ideal – not interested in DR or Jamaica as we’d like to leave the resort. We have done Cancun in the past and felt comfortable walking the hotel zone. – love beach and pool time, but would also like some activities. Whether it’s hiking, boat charter, local history etc. -have done St. John in the past and loved it. Good local fare, island hopping, beach bars, pricey but didn’t feel like we were being ripped off. Maybe BVI is the right choice?
