Overwhelmed!

Honeymoon planning has quickly become the most stressful part of this whole wedding! There are so many options and every time I start trying to narrow things down, within 20 minutes I have 30 different Google tabs open and am overwhelmed and throw in the towel, but I need to just do it. Would love any and all advice/recommendations.

We're looking for an all-inclusive, adults only resort, somewhere where we can be reasonably sure it won't rain the whole time we're there, since it'll be mid-September. We'd travel out of Denver on a Tuesday and want to do all our traveling that day, then a five night stay. Budget isn't a big concern, we're mostly concerned about weather and choosing the right location. Great food and fun excursions are higher priorities than luxury rooms/service.
