Pacific Northwest Honeymoon in May

I am planning a honeymoon to the PNW region and I need advice. I’ve never been to the area before but I have heard good things. We like to hike and site see, but also want to have a good mix of relaxation.

What advice do you have for things to do and places to see. It’s cheaper to fly into Portland so that is what I am thinking.

We would ideally like to stay at one Airbnb throughout the Sun-Sat trip.
