Philly Region People! Postponing Honeymoon to be Local?

My fiancé and I are planning on getting married in June 2021. We originally planned to book a honeymoon to a Sandals resort in Saint Lucia. I’m a little nervous to spend so much money on a vacation that may or may not happen though. So I thought I would go to the internet to ask if anyone else is planning a local honeymoon and postponing the actual honeymoon due to covid? We still want to go to the Sandals, but it may not be right after the wedding. Any suggestions for places to go within a drivable distance of the Philadelphia region? (I know we have a lot of choices!)
