Planning a honeymoon for Nov/Dec 2021

Hi all, Our current honeymoon plans are a week at Disney world. However, with covid making a comeback and Disney starting to tighten restriction again, I’m starting to look at other options. We are from the north east so it would be nice to escape from the cold, but not essential. We do enjoy the beach, but not a must. Truthfully a nice relaxing pool will do fine. We love exploring and are big time foodies. All inclusive would be a plus but not required. If it’s a beach resort we are looking for more than just sitting on the beach all day but also not huge on snorkeling/diving. Budget not including airfare is around $6000. However it’s our honeymoon so I’m not too strict about sticking to this. Thanks all
