Planning a trip to Costa Rica

Hi everyone!

I am in the preliminary stages of planning my honeymoon to Costa Rica. We want to go for about two weeks in October of this year. Basically looking for any recommendations of things we cannot miss, general advice, and suggestions. We don't want to break the bank but we did a honeymoon fund for our wedding registry so we do have a little to work with. My husband loves to surf and I would like to horseback ride without a ton of restrictions. we both love beaching and hiking. Cant wait to hear from everyone and thanks in advance!
