Planning Fall Honeymoon in S. Korea and/or Japan – Looking for advice on where to start!

Hello, my fiancé and I are getting married this fall. It looks like things will be good to go regarding the pandemic in our part of the world for a normal wedding but we are keeping this in mind for our honeymoon. We are looking at 2 weeks in South Korea and/or Japan for our honeymoon in late September/early October (or springtime if the pandemic does not allow for travel). With so many different websites, we're just looking for recommendations on where to start our planning process. It's a little overwhelming!
