Planning Greece in December 2022 post Christmas to First week of January.

I don't wanna spend the entire 14 days in Greece. Can someone suggest what are the activities I can do in December in Greece and where can I travel next after 4 or 5 days of Greece? Italy or Switzerland? Austria or Romania?
