My fiance wishes to go to Europe for honeymoon but I've been suggested from some of my friends that Europe is more for Summers. We want a less crowded place so winters in Europe is a positive but as I've been told many activities are closed (especially beaches) so would it be worth it. If yes, then please suggest what we can do for a 10-14 days trip there.
We want to go to places where there are beaches, good food, some adventure activities, culture & a nice romantic vibe with good stays. (Not planning Switzerland because it's out of budget). Also we would like a relaxed trip than just covering multiple countries in 2 weeks.
Please tell me how is Europe in winters? Suggest some destinations? What should we keep in mind while planning our trip?
