Planning to honeymoon in Croatia

Hello all, my husband and I got married back in March and we knew we would be honeymooning much later so put off planning. We've decided to go to Croatia sometime next year to year and a half. Any tips on:

1. Just planning a honeymoon and
2. Planning a honeymoon to Croatia

are much appreciated! Literally, we just agreed now, but I've been really pulling for going to Croatia so I'm very excited to get planning.
