Plans changed and we need to rebook and re-shuffle. We want to fly out this coming Sunday….

We were initially planning 2 weeks in Hawaii but things happened and we need to do 1 week. We are east coast and thinking St Lucia, Aruba, or similar. The key is Beach; Beach activities like snorkeling, paddle boarding. To make matters worse, we are looking to book for this coming Sunday to the next sunday. our budget is 8-10k. We can get into just about most hotels, we are just looking for something special. Our favorite places we ave traveled are Holbox and Honduras. Any help is appreciated. We are looking through the boards and trying to get ideas! Thanks in advance.
