Recommendation for tropical Honeymoon location

I am looking to gather ideas for a honeymoon location. I have been doing tons of research on flight routes for most effective cost by dates, departure airports near me and airlines. I have also narrowed down a couple general areas I’m interested in: Saint Lucia, Punta Cana, and Riviera Maya. I am still open to other recommendations that fit my needs.

I have never been outside of the US. I don’t know how great/not-great all inclusive resorts are. I don’t care too much about excursions but would like to do at least one thing like a waterfall or scuba, included or not. I really like how the Ladera in Saint Lucia rooms are set up and I’m trying to find more options similar. The view at Ladera and Jade Mountain are unmatched by many places but for the price is it worth looking at mountains for a week and giving up unlimited drinks and food? I’m not concerned with getting my money’s worth in alcohol so I’m considering non AI resorts as well. I’m more concerned with using valuable relaxation time waiting for taxi’s or long waits at the only restaurant at a resort to eat.

Has anyone stayed somewhere with a plunge pool? The rooms are typically MUCH more expensive but the romantic vibe from some of those suites makes it seem worth it for a honeymoon vs regular vacation. Outdoor showers also see fun and even more so with a nice view.

I will list below a few resorts I have in mind and if anyone has other recommendations, or has stayed at these resorts please let me know if it was the right choice. I would like to travel the first week of Oct 2023 after our wedding but if hurricane/wet season is really that bad, I would consider waiting or going somewhere completely different.
