Recommendations for a Fun, Safe All-Inclusive Resort for Our Honeymoon? Budget: $4,000-$5,000

My fiancée and I are planning our honeymoon and looking for a 7-day stay at an all-inclusive resort. We need some advice to find the perfect spot. Our main priorities are:

• Great food (we're big foodies and love trying a variety of cuisines)
• Plenty of on-site activities (we enjoy both relaxing by the pool and participating in things like water sports, guided tours, etc.)
• A fun environment with a lively, yet romantic atmosphere
• Safety is really important to us, so we want a destination that feels secure

We’re flexible on the location but would prefer somewhere that’s known for its quality food, fun activities, and a good, safe atmosphere. Our budget is $4,000 to $5,000 total for both of us, so we’re looking for something that fits that range.
