recommendations for AI resorts?

Planning a honeymoon for a week around march-april and would ideally like to stay under $5k. I'm a huge foodie and we both love some good cocktails. We're fine with a younger crowd (nightclub scenes with loud music and whatnot) as we'll probably be partaking haha. Hopefully flying out of cedar rapids Iowa but could do Chicago if needed.
