Recommendations for all inclusive resort at the beginning of September?

Getting married on August 27th and my fiancé and I want to do our honeymoon shortly after.

I'm having a hard time navigating the reviews for resorts and just thought I could get some opinions from others!

And where would be the best place to go for September since some places it's rainy season.

Somewhere to relax, eat, drink and possibly do some excursions!
