Recommendations for honeymoon in Europe

At the moment we are planning our honeymoon for end of September until begin October (approx 10 days). We are still struggling with where to go. The options are 1 Intercontinental (Mauritius or Seychelles) and 2 Europe. For Europe we think of Crete/Rhodos or Lanzarote/Teneriffa.

Does anyone have a recommendation esp for honeymoon in Europe, maybe even specific hotels that have honeymoon advantages. We are looking for hotels/resorts with minimum breakfast included, better would be breakfast+dinner or even AllInclusive. We are starting in Germany.
