Recommendations for October honeymoon

Hi all! I’ve done some research but having a hard time nailing down the best options that check our boxes. Looking for a warm beach vacation in October 2024. Dates are flexible. Open to all inclusive or not. Would love a mix of nice relaxing beaches (I love to swim so somewhere that the ocean is swimmable) with good food/restaurant options, bonus points if there is a cute little town to explore. Flying from Philly and would like to keep flight under ~5hrs. Probably only doing a 5 day vacation. Looking for affordable but don’t want to skimp out on quality either. Would love to keep it under ~3k including flights.

From what I’ve gathered the best options for weather would be Puerto Rico, Aruba (may be too pricey for us) Curaçao, or DR (I’ve heard mixed reviews on DR)

I have very little travel experience to the Caribbean so any input is appreciated!
