Recommendations on cabins in the Rocky Mountains in the US?

My fiance and I are planning our honeymoon and want a cabin in the mountains get away. We are planning on going from June 30th 2025-like July 5th 2025 but could be more flexible with the date if we needed. We were originally looking at places around either Glacier NP, Yellowstone, or Grand Tetons, but I fear those areas will be crowded and over priced. Does anyone know of any locations that might be less known, but still be beautiful and have hiking and outdoor opportunities? TIA!
