Recommendations on where to go?

Hi! My fiancée and I got engaged recently and are planning to marry and go on our honeymoon in either October of 2024 or February/March of 2025. We've been looking into honeymooning in Japan (going to Tokyo, the 3 gardens, and an Okinawa resort), but the biggest thing holding us back honestly is their marijuana laws. We aren't heavy smokers by any means, but we do love it on occasion and want to enjoy our honeymoon with some! So Japan is halfway off the table.

What are some countries with a similar vibe? Modern with lots to do, good public transit, the ability to go to a sunny beach, but all after smoking a legal joint? The country also must be friendly to LGBT couples, as my fiancée is a trans woman. Thank you!
