Recommendations please!

I’m planning a June trip and not sure where to go. We’re not beach people or really even sit and do nothing people. Nature’s fine in small-medium doses.

We’re looking for somewhere not too hot in June with lots of culture and history that’s fairly walkable. Maybe somewhere with a fairy tale feel to it and somewhere with a decent spa for a relaxation day. I’ve thought of Prague, Edinburgh, and a few others, but I’m feeling a little paralyzed by all the possibilities. Thanks in advance!
