Relaxing Getaway For Less

Hello Honeymoonplanning!

We are doing research for our honeymoon this summer, in the second and / or third week of July. We would like to keep our costs as low as possible, ideally spending $5K CAD or less. Ideally much less!

We're looking to go somewhere interesting with great food that's beautiful where we don't have to think about anything and can just CHILL OUT after all the wedding madness! LOL!

Needless to say, the option that fits our price range best is a discount all inclusive in the Caribbean. BUT – we're going to start trying right away, and the WHO website says if you're planning to great pregnant, don't go to the Caribbean, because of Zika.

What are your thoughts on Zika? Anyone in the same boat as us? Any other ideas for affordable, easy, relaxing getaways?
