Romantic Amalfi Coast Idea help

Hi, my wife and I are going to the Amalfi coast in Italy from mid May to early June. I want to surprise her with something big on the level of honey moon or higher. What things do you recommend that are unique to Amalfi Coast? I.e beachside dinners, huge flower arrangements, unique experiences etc. I need help planning so anything from cost, how you pulled it off, and where you did it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!
