Romantic Elopement/Honeymoon packages, plunge pool would be ideal

My fiancé and I are planning to elope within the next year. We are hoping to keep the cost around $10k – $15k total. Neither of us has ever planned a trip. We have not done much travelling out of the US. I was thinking we may need a travel agent but thought to check here for tips.

So far when discussing locations my fiancé was most interested in Aruba. I have already visited Aruba, so was thinking maybe Bali or St. Lucia. Honestly, any romantic ocean-front location would make us happy. Hawaii, Cancun, etc. I don't know where to go!

Looking for resorts that have a honeymoon/elopement package. Preferably a nice suite, not a villa. Very interested in a room with a private plunge pool, but that may be beyond our budget.

My fiancé has never been on an actual vacation, only weekend getaways within our region. We do not have family so this trip will be the wedding and the honeymoon. We have been dreaming about this for years and are finally feeling financially ready. Where do we begin?
