Rugged and Drunk (HM suggestions)

We're getting married early august 2021 and are having a heck of a time figuring out where to go. We'd like to have a good mix of strenuous, adventurous activity (we're avid mountain bikers and skiers), but would also like some of that lazy boozey down time. Originally we had planned to look for somewhere we could do both biking and skiing, but we sort of abandoned that. I'm looking for suggestions for a honeymoon that would include relaxing scenic views along with something like a strenuous hike to a waterfall, spelunking, 4-wheeling/off-roading (with an element of risk, not just a whoohoo thing where some guy drives us around with a blaring PA system), or parasailing. I'm sure there's a lot out there but I'm a little overwhelmed with all the potential options. Thank you in advance!
