Sagecliffe Resort and Winery near Yakima/Walla Walla Washington

Please give input on my itinerary and budgeting for a week in Washington wine country. Any recommendations on restaurants or winery's, tours or activities is appreciated.

Really trying to stay at $5k for 5 nights, but flights are expensive.. I have 2 rental car reservations for a general car and a luxury car. 600 vs 750.

Winery tasting fees are up in the air, generally budgeting 25-50 pp.
