Saint Lucia or Grenada for honeymoon?

My fiancé (M,30) and I (F,27) wanted to either go to Grenada or Saint Lucia for our honeymoon. We were thinking either in April, May, or October of 2025. We were leaning towards May, because it's not really hurricane season, and isn't exactly peak season.

We have been to Sandals resorts, and really enjoyed ourselves. My fiancé definitely wants an adult all-inclusive resort. He also would like something either on the beach, or with beach access. We plan to spend a decent amount of time at the resort, chilling at the pool, beach, or relaxing in the room, but also are looking forward to doing some excursions, exploring the islands, etc. We were hoping to stay 5 days, 4 nights, for under $5000, if possible.

Was wondering if anyone had an suggestions — if anyone could recommend any all-inclusive resorts in either Grenada or Saint Lucia, any ideas for excursions on either island, or generally speak to your experiences visiting Saint Lucia or Grenada.
