Sandals Extra Costs

We have a honeymoon booked at sandals south coast in august. I know it’s all-inclusive, but just curious from anyone who has been there what they’ve spent money on at the resort. Obviously anything off the resort would cost money, just looking for things that people spent money on at the resort. Thanks!
