Sandals Ochi Jamaica or Royal Bahama?

Hello everyone! My fiance and I are set to be married Halloween 2020 and would like to fly out for an all inclusive honeymoon the first week of November. From what we have seen and based upon our budget we have been looking at Sandals resorts Ochi Jamaica and Royal Bahama. My main concern is going to be staying active and the Bahamas resort appeals to me for snorkeling and scuba as I have been to a different part of the Bahamas when I was younger and know the sea life is amazing there. My fiance likes the restaurant scene of Ochi Jamaica resort and how 420-friendly the island is, which is a bigger concern for her than me. We both agree that we will be happy with either experience but I was wondering if someone could weigh in on either of these resorts? Particularly the ability to see aquatic life snorkeling apart from the tours put on by the resort. Thanks in advance!
